However, we understand that sometimes things do not go as planned. Therefore, we wanted to remind you of our hassle-free return policy, should you need to return a product. Please see below our returns policy for orders £500 or under and orders above £500.

ORDERS ABOVE £500

If there is a fault with your order of any kind you must let us know within 7 days so we can replace your goods. We are unable to replace goods unless they are faulty. We do not offer returns for orders above £500, we can only replace faulty items if you inform us as soon as receiving.

ORDERS BELOW £500

You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the items are in satisfactory condition and unused we will provide a refund.

We kindly request that you return the product, including its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase, either in the form of a till receipt or an order confirmation email. This must be done within 28 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the product, whichever date is later. In return, we would happily offer you a replacement, credit note or a refund.

If you wish to arrange for a product to be collected, kindly complete our contact form with your order number and details of the product to be returned. Unless the items are defective, please note that there will be a charge payable by you for this service, which will be equal to the standard delivery charge applicable to the product and your location.
