-We use a pallet network to deliver goods via pallets or courier for parcels / multiple parcels. We will use one of the following couriers depending on your order; Fedex, Yodel, DPD or Royal Mail. For larger deliveries we will use curtain side vehicles with a forklift to unload.
-All orders are tracked and signed for.
-Shipping cost may very depending on the item and location.
-Delivery is 1-5 working days depending on the item and location. You will receive a phone call to confirm a delivery time.
-We offer free shipping on all orders above value £550 plus vat.
-Please call us if you would prefer to collect from our warehouse in Northampton and we can book in your time slot. We will also confirm how quickly your goods will be ready. In many cases goods can be ready same day.
